Some people are hostages and don't even know it. They're not tied up, blindfolded and stashed away in some remote location, but they're hostages, nonetheless.
Here's what I mean: according to thought leader, Joshua Sprague, most people's lives are held hostage by 3 to 5 people that they know. They're extremely worried about what those 3 to 5 individuals WILL THINK. People surrender their dreams and hold themselves back because they are so concerned about the 3-5.
And their influence is so powerful that it keeps people from pursuing true desires and from making day-to-day choices.
Here’s a short list of what people MOST AVOID doing because they’re worried about those 3-5 people judging them:
Public Speaking
Starting a Business
Wearing Certain Clothing
Changing Careers or Returning to School
Seeking Mental Health Support
For anybody held hostage by FEAR OF JUDGMENT, do this 1 thing:
FOCUS ON SERVING. When your goal is service, those 3-5 people will matter less . . . and less . . . and less.
